En France, les juges sont habilités à suspendre un élu condamné pénalement et à lui ôter le droit de se représenter. La Suisse devrait-t-elle s’en inspirer ? La Suisse devrait-elle se doter également d’une loi qui permet au juge de déclarer inéligible une personne condamnée pénalement pour racisme ?

Martine Brunschwig Graf, ancienne conseillère nationale PLR et Johanne Gurfinkiel, Secrétaire général de la CICAD, la coordination intercommunautaire contre l’antisémitisme et la diffamation étaient présents dans l’émission Forum sur RTS pour en débattre.
